- Feed Validator (http://feedvalidator.org/)- Feed Validator is a tool used to validate the RSS file that you will create to provide information about your podcast. To use it, simply enter the URL address to your RSS feed and press "validate". If the validator finds any problems in your feed, it will give you messages for each type of problem and highlight where the problem first occurs in your feed. If you're unsure what a message means, click the "help" link next to the message for a fuller explanation.
- Feed Burner (http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/home)is a feed management provider for bloggers and podcasters that helps to promote your files. Here is the Feedburner version of CTAP Region 3's EdTech Conversations (http://feeds.feedburner.com/EdtechConversations) It's a place to promote your podcasts, but you still need a server to put them and you have to put up with some advertisements.
- Feedroll.com (http://feedroll.com/rssviewer/)Feedroll will create a java script that you can use to display any rss feed on your web page.
- Feed to javascript (http://itde.vccs.edu/rss2js/build.php) Feed to Javascript also creates a java script that let's you display any rss feed on your web page. The box that displays the EdTech Conversation podcasts above was created by Feed to Javascript.
